Since Anthony Travel`s travel prices are based on contract prices, there will be no refund for unused parts of a tour. Some group tours are based on a minimum number of passengers traveling. If the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be charged or the tour may be cancelled. The parties acknowledge and agree that such arbitration is their sole remedy and that they may not bring any action against the WTA. If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations may be cancelled and deposits may be forfeited. As a result of such cancellation, stellar travel`s and the third-party provider`s cancellation penalties listed in your travel documents, each provider`s websites and www.stellartravel.com that STELLAR Travel will refund you 100% of what the provider reimburses us, with the exception of our cancellation fees indicated on your Stellar Travel invoice. Any cancellation fees will be deducted from the credit card you have authorized to pay for the travel services or from the supplier`s refund. This transaction is not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund, and STELLAR TRAVEL does not participate in this fund. Passengers acknowledge and agree that WTA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to Passengers or Group Members as a result of any breach of contract, act or omission, whether intentional or negligent, criminal or otherwise, to any person other than WTA or its direct employees, including, but not limited to, such suppliers, their employees, agents, personnel or representatives.
